I anticipate 100-200 of the ugliest people ever congregated in 1 place.

I like Dead By Wednesday, but the rest of that whole lineup is painfully wrong.

Did anyone ever listen to Jerry Only and Marky Ramones project together "Osaka Popstars"? That was terrible.

I didnt know that Osaka Popstars was Marky & Jerry. I've heard the name, but never checked it out. Aside from sucking, what did it sound like?

As far as the show I think...

Joey Belladonna qualifys as a 'has been'.
Michael Graves had his 15 minutes of fame at best!
Marky is more than a 'has been' to me, but he is flogging a dead horse at this point!
Anybody Killa is a 'never was' to me!

I dont know the rest of the band, but View Of A Burning City has at least 1 guy in it thats involved in setting this show up.

Yeah Osaka Popstars are John Cafiero on vocals, Jerry Only on Bass, Dez Cadena (Black Flag) on Lead guitar, Ivan Julian (The Voidoids) on guitar and Marky Ramone on drums.

They are basically a power pop group with punk influence. I don't really know how to explain them. I also believe they are supposed to be a themed around Anime.

I didn't like them.

my old band played with Joey Belladonna and he was SUCH a nice guy! One of my good friends was really sick in the hospital at the time and is a HUGE Anthrax fan and Joey recorded something on my video camera saying hi to him. He watched our set and hung out, he was awesome.

Absolutely no interest in seeing this but I will say that if it involves icp fans getting the shit beat out of them then I support it.

I like Anthrax.

Jerry Only is one of the nicest human beings I've ever met. But he needs to find a new career.

Jerry was really nice when I met him too. It was at a "Misfits" show with him, Dez & Marky and Dez was really nice too, but Marky was kind of a dick.

I knew the guy doing merch for their tour and he said that when they get to a club Marky would walk around looking for old drum heads to sign and have him sell at the merch booth. He said that Jerry and Dez hung out and signed stuff for people, but Marky hated signing stuff for free. I was lucky and got him to sign my bass, but he didnt seem thrilled with it.

Oh yeah... and I like Anthrax too... The Joey B stuff at least.

i'm pretty sure i almost punched the bass player of that band view of a burning city a couple weeks ago at valentines, cus i was workin the door and asked him for his id and he promptly replied...."DUDE you need to relax, i'm in a band that's playing here today....view of a burning city, dude...what the fuck?" my response was something to the effect of get the fuck away from me you suck. i didn't see him again til right before they played and they left as soon as they were done. haha
