I have to stop drinking coffee
I have the feeling of my heart speeding up and down. Really strange feelings. It's freaking me out.

worst thing i ever did to myself was to put myself through coffee withdrawl......
i felt pretty good after it was over, but damn.
but i drink it again.
i did cut back some.

Check some stuff like green and gunpowder tea. I quit drinking coffee a few months ago and a buddy of mine hooked me up with some teas from an Asian
grocery store he goes to. They have some caffeine in them but the good for you shit in them doesn't give you the coffee highs and lows.
