Fucking badass. B4B should have done a live dvd. Every time I saw them the crowds went nuts.

I got to see B4B twice in Houston. The first time was with DKM and was a fantastic show. The second time was with SOIA and Buddha's voice was shot he
couldn't sing. At least I got to see one great show.

I thought BFB always sort of sucked live. They were a train wreck. Sometimes it was a magical trainwreck though.

I've seen them in Boston, Albany, Springfield, Providence, Richmond, Pennsylvania, NYC, New Jersey, Las Vegas, San Diego, San Francisco and LA and the
crowd was always insane. They just weren't a very good live band. But it was like The Replacements of hardcore. The fact that they were always on the
verge of falling apart was kind of their charm.

I'm so happy that I got to see them as many times as I did on the Euro tour. It was night after night and I thought they were great everytime. Like
Mark said.... sometimes a trainwreck, but always great in their own way. I think that was the last tour and some of the last few shows. It was like 20
something nights in a row. Pretty much exactly the same set every night (30 minutes of less) with the same banter ect, but it was awesome.

I was just going to make the Replacements' comparison. Very accurate.
Mickey- My fav BFB show ever featured the magical "Wasted Youth Crew" opening act. The ex and sat on that back booth laughing our asses off as 250
people got totally bummed out. The looks on people's faces, priceless.

BFB played at the Opera House in Toronto and Ramallah was supposed to play but none of the players got over the border or something. They sounded
terrible, way too drunk by the time they went on stage & the set was really short.
Another time at the Kathedral they were still pretty drunk but it sounded really good and I got into it.
And the very first time I saw them was my very first hardcore show, they played at the Mindbomb in St Catharines on tour with Straight Faced, this
place is tiny & my high school band played there once. The place went nuts, for my first show it was amazing.
Also, I've never seen so many shirtless dudes at a show before.
A lot of people ask me what kind of music I like. I love "soul music". My "soul music" isn’t a style, genre or niche. It’s music that is genuine. It’s
a painful lyric, a dirty bassline, it’s a harrowing vocal, it’s feedback, it’s an anthem, it’s a love song, it’s anarchy. I’ve got my personal
favourites but in the end it doesn’t matter who or where it comes from... so long as it’s good and it's real.

I saw BFB with Street Dogs and Far From Finished in Boston. That still remains one of the best shows I've ever been to. It was great.

Where/when was that? According to my recollection BFB hasn't been a functioning band in the entire time that SD and FFF have existed..... ok maybe
there was a few months overlap but not much.

It was back when Savin Hill was either just being released or hadn't even been released. I remember I had the Savin Hill demo and it was the first
I've heard of the Street Dogs. BFB were playing their first show in Boston in awhile. FFF opened up I believe.

The Axis. I believe it was with Street Dogs. I could be wrong, but I know FFF opened.
Rob told a story about how he got kicked out of Kenmore Square. It was great. Good shows they had at The Axis. I miss that place.

BFB couldn't really get any shows in Boston because of the reputation that followed them. A show was set up on Landsdowne st in Boston under the name
Wasted Youth Crew, but there was some doubt if it was really BFB. DBD learned Paper Gangster and before BFB was suppose to go on I jumped up on stage
with DBD and announced we were Wasted Youth Crew and were really a BFB cover band. We bust into Paper Gangster and everyone looked so bummed out. We
basically punked a whole club.
