I broke edge today
and had my first caribou coffee in 3 weeks. I am finally weening myself of the black stuff. I had to step off the wagon for one more try. I am back on
and its smooth trails for sure here on out.

I havent had a soda in 11 days.... nothing but plain clear water. I miss it SO much! I think I was up to 3-4 liters per day.

That's why you dropped 20 lbs though man. Soda is way worse than alcohol (because you can acceptably drink it 24 hours a day and it's everywhere).
I had a coke the other day at practice because the vending machine was out of water. Instant headache, couldn't really sing because the syrup clogged
my throat, and I just felt horrible. Give me a beer any day.
