we just had some scrapple made from my coworkers farm raised pigs.
it was quite delicious.
i love working with farm folk.
got me 14 ears of corn too.
sometimes working on a saturday can be pretty tasty

does your coworker make the scrapple as well or just raise the pigs?
i have been fuckin up ears of corn left and right lately.

they raise the pigs, but send them out to get....uh,.....procesed

oh god ...
think my heart just slowed down a few bpm.
sounds snacktacular though. i read on wikipedia its big in PA ... all i had there was cheesesteaks, no one told me of this scrapple treat.

my grandfather tried to do it homemade once since they slaughtered pigs. the kids' bus stop was 0.5 miles away. the stench was so bad it reeked at
the bus stop. supposedly, it tasted just as bad. my family has been anti-scrapple ever since.

oh, yeah, i push scrapple on all visitors, even before a cheesesteak.
