Cross "Lunch #1" off the list
a few months back, i moved to eating four smaller meals a day.
generally, it works great. because i usually don't go into a meal starving, i eat much smaller portions. plus, i tend to get full on less. so i'm
definitely eating less overall and i lost 10 pounds in a month.
8am: couple pieces of fruit or a small bowl of cereal
12pm: sandwich or some leftovers
3pm: hummus on a pita or some more fruit
7pm: a reasonable portion of whatever delicious meal my wife prepared
but today was one of those days where i was starving by 11, so i just threw down a smoked carved turkey sandwich. not sure if that's gonna cut it.
lunch #2 might be happening within the hour!
If I fail math, there goes my chance at a good job and a happy life full of hard work.

i have to do something i gained somewhere around 10-15 pounds over the summer, and now most of my pants don't fit so comfortably anymore.....i think i
really have to cut down on the beer.....

i tend to eat until i can't move lately.
combine that with the fact that i have been hitting the bottle hard, and i am up a few lbs....
going to have to take action soon.
feeling worse every day
