I guess I can understand why they need to be firm but that sounds a little too rigid.

That sucks. Went to high school in a rural area and so nobody really cared if you had a knife on you. The vast majority of us did had one clipped to
our pockets and no one ever said anything about it.
Support the arts, shoot a rapper.
