Why the fuck am I awake?

I wish I could sleep like a normal person.
Like not falling asleep when I am at work or.....driving, or watching movies.
and be able to sleep all night.

i have no problem going to sleep.
whether it's an appropriate time or not.
just too much work lately, keeping me up.
went ot be bde at 4, up at 6:30 with the alarm.
fuck it.

On the flip side of that coin, i also wish I was still able to stay up late and get up when the alarm goes off
it goes off at 5:30.
Her's goes off at 5:00, and I am usually half awake by time mine does.
This time next year I will probably be getting up closer to 4:30 when my company relocates. I'm not thrilled about it at all, but a man's gotta bring
the money home.
These days if I turn the TV on I start nodding off. I didn't make it past the 1st inning last night before I started fading.
I usually get 6 hours max.
sometimes more on the weekends.

I can never seem to sleep properly, im lucky if i get a coupla hours a night, its normally gets to about 5am and i realise that i'll have shit to do
soon.
Used to have to take stuff to help me sleep but made me like a zombie when i was awake so gave up on that!

Since I lost my job I pretty much don't sleep. It's kind of shitty. I need to get out, thank god for this weekened tour we got coming up.

When I was unemployed the clock didn't factor into my daily routine. Sleep at night one day, durring the day the next, 2 hours here, 12 hours there.
NO consistancy what soo ever.

why do you think i always insist on trying to go to sleep by 11pm?
staying up til 5am on facebook, aim, msn, etc etc doesn't help!

Ever since I stopped working nights I got to bed at 10pm every night and am up at 6:30am every morning. I keep hours like my grandparents.

BD what do you do that keeps you working til 3:40 am on a sunday? I get busy at work and sometimes have to work 60 plus hours a week, i thank god
they didn't give me a laptop, and once i walk out the door i can forget it until the next day.

I do a couple things in addition to the labels, but the most time consuming is contract web development.
