Fell asleep at 9:30p and woke up at 3:30a I think I am going to go run.

Meh, I've been falling asleep at 12 and 1am and getting up at 3:30. I gotta get in my pre-dawn meal before my 16 hour fasts each day!

alarm goes off in four hours.
funeral tomorrow.

Yesterday. 4 hours sleep then work at 7am. Fell asleep at 830pm and woke up around 1:30 a.m. This sucks. Best wishes with tomorrow BD.
