B9 is the best messageboard, sorry. I post on several and this one is as good as most, but B9 has the highest volume of traffic which if you learn to
sift through the nonsense leads you to hearing alot of new music as well as plenty of n00dz.

my only complaint about B9 is that it seems like most of the bands that are spoken about on there all sound the same. At least the new bands that
kids jock. Lambgoat got me into some more metal stuff that I probably wouldnt have gotten into if I posted on B9.

I post on lambgoat and THORP. Lambgoat is funny sometimes but has some fucking idiots alot. Bridge 9 has some fucked up layout. I hear they have alot
of noodz so I must go and check out again. Honestly thorp is more my speed. No BS and total hardcore issues. Like people just hangin at the bar. Laid
the fuck back with no trouble.

I too am on B9. (315Bowery) I only post to threads I care about -regarding music. I could give a flying fuck about who saw who at a show and if 15
year old in New Hampshire "broke edge".
I also joined Lambgoat and Stereokiller... but I just lurk there occationally. Too much general douchebaggery going on on all of those sites. I'm of
the school where this is a LIVE- VISCERAL form of music and things need to be face-to-face, or else it's just weak.
This is the reason I don't put up a forum at Blackout.
Content-wise I like the atmosphere here better- real discussion.

the only other board i post on with any regularity is hardcorewebsite, mostly because there are a lot of old heads and it's specific to nyc. i read
lambgoat and punknews posts only when they are on the homepage and about thorp news. stereokiller is just overwhelming.
so do you find 'real discussion' on any other boards at all?
