these bands can also get fucked
Living a life kept shut by a dream,
I'm reaching out to grasp my reality.
Hands of time wrap tight around my neck, and hit me so hard,
leaving me eyes black.
staring at a ceiling,
wondering why i never left,
penning words in a notebook,
wondering why haven't slept.
sanity is tapping in a cell
inside my fucking head.
begging for redemption
after hearing what was said.
the nights, they will not sleep
cause the days, have played for keeps.

I like a lot of stuff by those bands, but this is WAY late to be big news. Maybe 15 years ago, but now? Big news for playing one show in Poland?
It gotta be on Metallica that it hasnt happened before now because Megadeth, Slayer & Anthrax did a tour in the early 90's with Alice in Chains
opening.

I have a feeling this will come to the US in the summer as Metallica's Summer Sanitarium tour. And I will go.

This would have ruled in 1987.
In Dec 2009, I can't think of anything any of them have done in a decade that I give 2 shits about....even Slayer, and I still dig some slayer at
times.
I can only imagine the egos clashing backstage......

I think Kerry King could take all 8 of them dudes if it came down to it.
I don't even know why I added this post.
I don't know what I am doing today.

ANTHRAX----Ruled through the Belladonna era. John Bush sucks.
MEGADETH----One of the best thrash bands ever....up through Rust in Peace=perfect
METALLICA----Went on life support the minute that bus rolled.
SLAYER-----Haven't written a good album in 20 years but still is OK live for 50 yr old men.

Slayer & Megadeth toured together recently and these rumours of all 4 bands have been going for a while.
Slayer live is still amazing, I didn't go to the tour because I don't like Megadeth all that much. Metallica can get fucked and I never been a big
Anthrax fan. Wouldn't be worth the amount of money a single ticket would cost.
A lot of people ask me what kind of music I like. I love "soul music". My "soul music" isn’t a style, genre or niche. It’s music that is genuine. It’s
a painful lyric, a dirty bassline, it’s a harrowing vocal, it’s feedback, it’s an anthem, it’s a love song, it’s anarchy. I’ve got my personal
favourites but in the end it doesn’t matter who or where it comes from... so long as it’s good and it's real.

lose MEGADETH and it would be a awesome show
Each aspect of the soul has it's own part to play, but the ideal is harmonious agreement with reason and control.

About fucking time. Kyle sounded good on Floodgate and Alabama Thunderpussy, but Exhorder was always one of my favorites from the 90s.

Was never a huge megadeth fan, but I'd go... Never saw Metallica or Anthrax (esp w/Bush) and I'd like to.

Depending on the price I might go to this if it comes to the US. I'm seeing Megadeth, Slayer and Testament in February and I'm more excited for that
then the idea of Metallica, etc. I saw Testament twice over the past two or so years here in CT and they were great. And I love Megadeth and their
new album. I realize I'm in the minority around here with that.

i just turned 28. somewhere between 15 and 20 years ago, i would've shit my pants to see that show. but in the last 15 years, definitely, i could do
without the bands or their audience(s).
and gavin, is that quote from omar on the wire? i'm just about to finish up the series for the second time... just got done with episode 9 of season
5, so only the finale is left.
