I got some stories some first hand and a couple I wasn't their form NYC- Detroit-Germany-Japan but they are from people who may have participated in
and are all true. We could probably write a book with all the BS Integrity started. Needless to say they did write some great tunes.

greatest band ever. fucking shit! i have the skull, all the symbols on teh cover of "seasons..." and the 4p symbol tatt'd on me. other than madball,
integrity reign supreme.
when we played with them at peabody's a few years ago, i have never been shown so much respect and consideration from dudes like i have from the
integrity, ringworm, and olc dudes. that whole group are amazing fucking dudes that, no matter what people say, will always have my respect.

I'm glad they treated you well. My dealings with them were many, many years ago and I don't even feel strongly enough about them at this point to
listen more than the 2 or 3 songs I've heard from them. Everyone has days when they behave like a shit...
