the guy at the door of the Knitting Factory last night looked like one of the guys in Husker Du.

same mustache!




I dont really know the band though. Ive read about them and have seen pictures though.

anyway... the mystery is solved.

greg norton ;) husker du kicked some serious ass, do yourself a favor and check em out. if you want blistering fast hardcore get "land speed record". for something a little more poppy go for "flip your wig". or for somethin in between try "metal circus". all are amazing in different ways

they were a good band. "new day rising" was cool, a bit indie. "zen arcade", another good one.
if you want a good all-rounder go for "warehouse songs and stories".
the sugar stuff bob mould did afterwards wasnt too bad either, a bit more noisy/ industrial type.
