For some reason this reminded me of the scene in Caddyshack where Bill Murray is brandishing a pitchfork and telling some kid about the time he
caddied for the Dalai Lama.
China said the same shit to Australia & Kevin Rudd when he was here in December/January. I can't remember if Rudd met with him but he has in the past.
China says the same thing to every country this guy travels to.
