Yeah, it's happening. I'll be back in Philly between April 6th and April 10th, probably. Looking that way. Leaving after my boy's 4th birthday, might make a detour to LA for a couple days, then to Philly. I'll be working my ass off to save up the dough to rent an apartment or house outside to city limits and to rent a Uhaul. Then hopefully by the end of June or early to mid-July I'll be set to bring my wife and son back to Philly too, God willing.

I have a ton more confidence in this move than I did coming out to Oregon. Plus, I've had about all of my in-laws that I can take at this point. I'm ready to get out, or do some murdering.

What did you think of the area though? Did you like the West Coast as opposed to Philly?

Each aspect of the soul has it's own part to play, but the ideal is harmonious agreement with reason and control.

It's a vacation spot for me. Something about Philly is just.. ingrained in me now. As a place to live, I like it better in Philly. Besides, there's not a whole lot you can do when you have no money. Everything cool requires a good drive into the mountains or to the coast(also through the mountains), or at least you have to spend money to eat. I guess it's like that everywhere, but not everywhere do you have no income.

Portland is great, except there aren't any jobs. Alot of people move here only to realize they have to leave because there's no work for them and thus no way to live. As was said in a recent article in the Oregonian... Portland's and nice place to live, but you actually have to be able to live here. Many cannot.

I'll load up. But Bethlehem PA has the best vegan bakery in the country, Vegan Treats. Which I miss, dearly. They also have great donuts. Just not bizarre ones like the cock n balls or froot loops.
