got tattooed last night
For my birthday I went and got a new tattoo.
YEARS ago way before I had any tattoos, but really wanted one I made a 'bet' with my friend and I said if he got one in his lip I would get one. Welll
I'm definilty not proud to say that I welched on the bet becuase I wussed out. I was afraid of how much a tattoo would hurt at the time.
So time passed... we were real close friends then some shit happened and we didnt see each other for awhile (I'm a grudgeholder sometimes) and late
last year that all ended and were friend again.
Well.... probably about 10-12 years late on the bet, we went and got tattooed together last night. He got a 1/2 sleeve outlined. He had a big tribal
gargoyle type thing and last night he got Max and one of the other characters from 'Where the Wild Things Are' on each side of it with a lot of trees
and leaves weaved around the tribal. It looks pretty cool, but will be really nice with color.
So anyone watch the show ACE OF CAKES? Its about a bakery in Maryland called Charm City Cakes? I love that show! They did one episode where some
company made puppets of the 'cast' and last night I got tattoos of 5 of the puppets. Its looking rough because the session was almost 3 hours, but
heres some pics of it. I'll post better ones once its healed.

they already know about the tattoo. I needed better pics of the puppets so I contacted the company that made them. They told the people from the
bakery and told me that Elena (purple muppet) was wicked psyched to see it.
I dont wanna send out pics till its healed though. It looks rough now

I dont care about getting on the show really. I would like to meet them, get my book signed by everyone and maybe get a free cake. The thing about the
cakes is that they dont fuck around... the MINIMUM price for one of their cakes is $1000 and I'm sure that gets you a VERY basic simple cake, not some
badass carved motorized thing!

I do really like the show, but part of it was I think the cartoons are cool and I wanted something kinda 'silly' to fill in some space on my leg. It
was a combo of things. A lot of my friends with tattoos have a bunch of 'funny' tattoos and I didnt have any so now I have 1.

I use an ointment up until it starts to peel and then switch to lotion, it's usually about three or four days for me.

thats what I did this time. I usually go with the bacatracin longer, but it didnt seem like it needed it.
