My New Hero Rick Delaschmit

This is my buddy Rick. Some of you may have seen this recently. Rick is the GM of a local Farmer's Market. In 2008 his family was t-boned in their car. Everyone walked away but his son Reece who has a traumatic head injury.

This family has more than fought back. Out of all of this came Taste Buds. Rick takes his travelling produce truck educating local area kids about fresh and healthy food.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7iEBdIYM-hU

They won a $25k grant from Pepsi because of this idea and what he was doing.

Rick and his wife work all day, full time. Come home and help Reece with his therapy and play with Reece's little brother. Once the boys go to sleep they manage the house and try to exercise. Rick gets about 3 hours of sleep.

He is selfless and incredible. Please share this link above about Rick and his amazing Taste Buds idea.

Thanks everyone.
