My son has deleted the icons from the bottom bar. Anyone know how I can get em all back?


The only ones left are FINDER and the TRASH.

Go to Macintosh HD>places>applications.

Drag the icons for the apps you want back to the dock.

what he said.

all those icons are are shortcuts to applications. meaning, when you click on them in the bar, it's actually opening a program or a file that lives elsewhere. just drag the icons of the application you want easy access to back onto the bar and you'll be set.

I know you guys are talking Mac, but when I first got Vista I erased my recylcing bin... They should not have a "DELETE" listed in the drop down menu right under "EMPTY TRASH".
