Screw soccer, I got my new media player & atleast a dozen hockey games from last years NHL playoffs, World Juniors & 2010 Olympics to catch up on! :singing:

This media player rules so hard out of the box, so excited to start dumping large HD hockey games and watching that on the 46" plasma.

A lot of people ask me what kind of music I like. I love "soul music". My "soul music" isn’t a style, genre or niche. It’s music that is genuine. It’s a painful lyric, a dirty bassline, it’s a harrowing vocal, it’s feedback, it’s an anthem, it’s a love song, it’s anarchy. I’ve got my personal favourites but in the end it doesn’t matter who or where it comes from... so long as it’s good and it's real.

ENGERRRRRRRLAND.

Living a life kept shut by a dream,
I'm reaching out to grasp my reality.
Hands of time wrap tight around my neck, and hit me so hard,
leaving me eyes black.
staring at a ceiling,
wondering why i never left,
penning words in a notebook,
wondering why haven't slept.
sanity is tapping in a cell
inside my fucking head.
begging for redemption
after hearing what was said.
the nights, they will not sleep
cause the days, have played for keeps.

Never been able to get into soccer. I think I will stick to the downhill mountain bike trails for the entire world cup.

Outside of fighting, the only sport I'll sit down and watch is soccer (it's FOOTBALL dammit). I'm not a die hard fan, but I like to take in a game every now and then.

Can't say I really follow football but I'll likely try to catch a couple matches. This will be my first world cup in Toronto and I guess the city goes crazy for it- especially my neighborhood (little Portugal). There seems to be flags on every second car and bars are opening at 10 every morning to show the games (including the strip club around the corner from me!).

Awesome game, that was a big draw by the US. I cannot brlieve that Green let that ball go in, he must be sick to his stomach right now.

Can't believe all the goalies letting in some of these shots, the guy from Algeria looked like he was scared of the ball.

Toronto is a madhouse during the world cup. When I was doing doing my student placement at the Toronto courts there was a day a few cops who were supposed to testify got called out because Italy was playing and they knew it was going to get nuts. The judge laughed his ass off and let them go. It was pretty funny.

Anyone else getting annoyed with those stupid trupets the South African fans are blowing, bothering the shit out of me. Thank god they are banning them after this year.

Definitely going to be an interesting contest this time around....lots of weird calls....too many draws....there's no way the US should have had a draw in that England match..Green should break his own legs.

Brazil / Korea should be a great one.

Been some good matches so far, wish Portugal lost , can't stand Ronaldo. Bitch was diving all over the place, cannot stand the way he plays. Brazil is probrably going to destroy North Korea.
