B9 thread also said - not surprisingly - that Rob isn't involved.

Please read and, if you can, help out a friend: http://www.gofundme.com/jacobmedical.

If Rob isn't involved its not really blood for blood, and who knows if that is even legit.

I wonder what Mark has to say about this.

It's legit. They got Billy from biohazard filling in. Will it be the same as it was with Rob? Nope, but people still want to hear the songs live. John Joseph did it with cro mags, Paul is doing it with sheer terror, and James just did it with fury of 5. More power to em. Keep an eye out for a US show too.

If Rob's not in it then it's not Blood For Blood. It would be cool seeing those songs played again live, but it's not the same without him.

I don't think you can draw a comparison with those three. Paul and James are what made their bands. Without those two you don't have shit. The Cro Mags is more debatable, but I would rather see a JJ fronted Cro Mags show then Harley any day.

I like Billy, I would like to see this 'band' play, but its not BFB to me.

There are some people in bands that can be replaced and others that cant.

John Joseph can play Cro-Mags songs cause he was the dominate personality/vocalist.
Choke could do the same thing with Slapshot, Negative FX, Stars & Stripes or Last Rights if he wanted.
Kevin Seconds could do it.
Jimmy Gestap has done it many times!
Mike Judge could do it.

I think sometimes you need at least 2 guys....
Roger & Stigma could do it.
Eddie & Alex VanHalen could do it.

All that being said, I think that Rob could reform BFB alone if he wanted to, but it would work best with him & Buddha.
BFB without Rob is not BFB.

Yup. It is especially not Blood for Blood since as far as I know Rob wrote about 98% of everything that makes up Blood for Blood minus drums.

Sorry. That wasn't directed at you. Someone on the B9 made a comment of that sort.

Dude, not only can Roger and Stigma do AF with just them and so other dudes to fill it out... they have. Basically for every album and tour.

Rob is/was the heart and soul of B4B. Without him, it's just a shitty cover band.

never had the chance to see bfb but this pretty much sums it up for me. Pretty much like when Ramallah was touring without Rob.

This is interesting. I would like to see these guys with Billy from Biohazard, he was always the best part of that band.

Blood For Blood (MA) Announce European Reunion Tour With Sick Of It All; Biohazard Guitarist To Perform With Band

Boston's Blood For Blood have issued the following statement:

"First off, we would like to thank all our fans for hanging in there over the last six long years. As of December 2010, Blood for Blood will embark on our first tour since 2004. Blood for Blood has agreed to join the Persistence Tour in Europe sharing a stage with long time friends Sick Of It All as well as other acts soon to be announced.

The decision to play again was not an easy one to make. Over the last few years we have tried time and time again to contact [guitarist & vocalist] Rob [Lind aka "White Trash Rob"] about a possible Blood for Blood reunion, but he has ignored every single attempt we have made. Therefore, we were left with no other choice but to find someone else to fill in for his BFB responsibilities. Now, let’s make this perfectly clear: We have no ill will towards Rob whatsoever. We wish him well and Blood for Blood will always be open to him.

That being said, we were left with the conundrum of finding a fill-in for Rob. After some careful thought we believe we found a perfect fill-in. We are pleased to announce that Billy Graziadei of Biohazard will be joining Blood for Blood on stage for Persistence Tour 2010.

Again thanks for all the countless emails and support letters from all our fans over the years. We are looking forward to seeing all your ugly faces again.

BLOOD FOR BLOOD"

The band's 2010 touring lineup is as follows:

Vocals - Buddha
Guitar / Vocals - Billy Graziadei (Biohazard)
Bass- Ian McFarland
Drums - Neal Dike

I just ment that in my opinion Vinny & Roger COULD tour as AF with just the two of them.

I'm glad I might get a chance to finally see BFB! With or without Rob, it'll be awesome to hear some of my favorites live.
