as far as rips go, I don't think I'd make a deal of it unless it was somebody making big money off it.
I doubt the Last Resort ever made a dime off their music.
I think it is kind of cool now that it's been pointed out to me.
off the top of my head:
bands who made it big off of another artist's song but i'm not quite sure they ever made a big mention that it wasn't their's
