Recent Starkweather footage

ABC No Rio in May.
Shot by our man, Torsten, from unartig.
I love this style of filming, but I'd be so distracted if was in the band!

The Troc in Philly in June.
Even if you're not into the band, watch from 6:30 on for vocal insanity.

This Is Hardcore in July.
Great footage, but unfortunately clipped audio.

Starkweather (Full Set) from hate5six on Vimeo.

Not a fan of the band, but they jammed in the second video.

i've heard the music (without vocals) for the splits.
wild (and long) as you would expect, but hard to get a true sense without the vocals.
this band is insane.

Not too many bands come off as intense as Starkweather. I've really only started to appreciate the band in the past couple of years. I couldn't get into them for the longest time, but then I checked them out again (based mainly on BD's obsessive love for them) and all of a sudden I was digging it.

Definitely one of my favorite bands. Would love to get to see them live.
