Coming onto a board like this and acting like a douche to a longtime member isn't going to win you any fans or bring in any record sales.
That said, I've meant to check out Hammer and the Nails for a while, since I dig a lot of the Boston music and always assumed you guys have some
connection to Tommy and the Terrors... actually, I originally assumed it was a joke side project when I heard the name a few years ago. I just
listened to the stuff on the Myspace page, and I can pass. It's not bad, and I would check out a show if they were in the area, but the music just
isn't really doing much for me.

Had I known he was a longtime member I would have been more respectful of his e-scene credibility, as well as his twitter page history. Heartfelt
apologies to all involved and indirectly to Ben Weasel who is also a longtime member of the real life scene. I also would like to take this time to
apologize to the Boston music scene as a whole as this transgression against a valued member of the internet punk scene has probably tarnished our
reputation as a brotherhood spreading a message of unity both nationally and internationally. I strongly urge you not to judge the actions of one 54
year old man as representative of the rest of the Boston Punk scene.

H&N are a good band. My question I guess would be, with 5 songs, why not a 7" for 5 bucks? I am sure you don't have 10 min epic solos.
As far as scene points, and all that crap, it's dead anyway and you are not on a board that cares about "cred". Also, most of the people who post here
are 30+ so 54 isn't all that old.
Are you really 54? Damn you look good for your age.
I still want the H&N tape for $5.

Its a 5 song 12 inch maxi EP because all the solos pushed it past the 7 inch length. It's not some Screeching Weasel 7 inch or whatever you people
expect to spend 5 dollars on. This goes to 12.

I definitely don't feel like $10 is fleecing anyone, but maybe I'm out of touch.
Regardless what anyone thinks, no money being made label-wise, you can be sure of that.
P.S: HATN are better than 90% of "oi!" bands on this planet, by the way.

Yeah, but as I've said before on here, 95% of oi bands are terrible. I love the last 5% or less. But, you know... 90% isn't so great.
