it say you have to enter your email address in order to vote, but it seems to let you vote w/o entering it. also, it looks like you can vote as many

Well that's silly. They did an open calling for recommendations for who to even nominate. The vast majority of bands I saw in that Facebook thread
ended up on the ballot. Now their opinion accounts for 2/3 of the results? Pfft.
