fountain lady bullshit lawsuit.
you seen the video of the lady that fell in the fountain while she was texting, right?
she's suing the mall for 1) not coming to her aid after falling and 2) the mall letting a copy of the tape get out.
she might have a case on the second part, because that shouldn't have happened. but the first bit? whatever. from the looks of the video, she got
up and jetted out of that place FAST!
