i think their last album came out in '04.
personally, i haven't bought anything since "Young and Good Looking"

things definitely start off well with the song The Dwarves Are Still The Best Band Ever...
"let's just get high and fuck some sluts!"

Sounds pretty good, hopefully they won't ruin this one with that techno shit they had on one of their last records...

Great stuff, got high hopes for this one.

The very existence of flamethrowers proves that sometime, somewhere, someone said to themselves, ?You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I?m just not close enough to get the job done.? George Carlin

was that dwarves come clean?
oh boy, that was bad.
that's the reason i haven;t really paid attention to them in years.

somehow the songs remind me on the supersuckers, but i like them.
i own two dwarves records (blood guts& pussy and the darves must die) they both quite different but good. but i have to say i bought them beecause of the covers...

I think so. I heard those tracks and said no thank you. I still remember reading reviews that couldn't help but suck up to the Dwarves, they were talking about how surprising it was for a band like this to be experimenting with techno and pulling it off somehow. Were these guys afraid of getting beat up or what?

Good to see they're keeping it classy... looking forward to the album, those tracks are musically a lot better than their last couple efforts.

I love all the Dwarves records. In fact, the later ones are my favourites.

Me too, minus The Dwarves Must Die, I couldn't get fully into that one, though it does have some songs that are fuckin' great. I LOVED "Come Clean", that *might* be my favorite Dwarves record of them all. Love the 2 songs on that site from the forthcoming album. Can't wait.

This is actually the first song I've ever heard by them. Not bad.

saw 'em in 06 or 07 at a strip club/music venue...with strippers & the Dwarves simultaneously on other sides of the room, which really fit, I think that was around when they did the weird electronic kinda hip hop thing for a song or so....I didn't hate it but it definitely wasn't one I would ever buy

record collectors are pretentious assholes
