SUICIDAL mike muir interview
I do some freelance writing on the side, mainly for AMP Magazine, Hails & Horns, and ON TAP in DC...
this is the newest issue of H&H and has an article I did interviewing Mike Muir from Suicidal about re-recording some of the JOIN THE ARMY and NO
MERCY songs...
If you like to read, then go read this...
Heard the new DKM...it's pretty good...will be interviewing AL about it on Friday....will be a good read...

When you interview Al, please ask him for a copy of the prank phone call he made to another lead singer of a Boston band. Pure gold
I'm ok with people not liking me

The one and only Bridge 9 lol. Thankfully there is only 1.
Can't wait for ST to come back here in May. Since they're re-doing all the old songs maybe this time they'll play Institutionalized live.
A lot of people ask me what kind of music I like. I love "soul music". My "soul music" isn’t a style, genre or niche. It’s music that is genuine. It’s
a painful lyric, a dirty bassline, it’s a harrowing vocal, it’s feedback, it’s an anthem, it’s a love song, it’s anarchy. I’ve got my personal
favourites but in the end it doesn’t matter who or where it comes from... so long as it’s good and it's real.
