One-time FORDIRELIFESAKE reunion to benefit a friend who just had a stroke, Apr 9

On December 5th, 2010 one of our best and oldest friends, Drew Podgorski suffered a stroke in his cervical spinal chord, leaving him partially paralyzed on his right side. Drew is only 29 years old.

After nearly two months at Royal Oak Beaumont Hospital and countless tests, the cause of his stroke is still not fully known, but was most likely caused by a blood clot passing through a hole in the heart. His Doctors says that out of thousands of strokes, they've seen less than 30 of these ever. This is extremely rare and almost unheard of for someone his age.

He's finally back at home, recovering through outpatient therapy, but without being capable of returning to work, coupled with continuous hospital bills and the cost of living, expenses are adding up quick.

On April 9th we are all coming together in an attempt to raise money to help him get through this. If you can, please join us. Tickets are available through ticketmaster here: http://www.ticketmaster.com/Suicide-Machines-with-special-gu...

If you're unable to attend but would still like to donate, you can donate to donations4drew@gmail.com through www.paypal.com

2 weeks ago I had 2 friends in the hospital at the same time. One in early 40's(stroke) the other 37(something wth the heart). He had to have it shocked back into rhythm. He said it was like getting kicked by a horse. No updates yet from either, but that shit is scary.

Each aspect of the soul has it's own part to play, but the ideal is harmonious agreement with reason and control.
