Love it, listening to him talk saturday was awesome. I loved how people were getting mad about it, I'm from Boston and I thought it was funny ass
shit.
I'm always amazed that people get offended by Paul's banter onstage. For one thing, it's funny as hell. Second, you're standing up near the front,
did you really think he wasn't going to make fun of you or the people around you?
April 8th is taking forever to get here.
‘Do you know what a love letter is? It’s a bullet from a fucking gun. Straight through your heart.’
Paulie is hysterical even when hes shit talking on things you like. The only thing missing from the Gecko rant was a joke about car insurance!

hello guys, iḿ back on the board. after arriving home yesterday i felt tired as hell after that trip but it was all worth it.
thanks to everyone i met, offended, drank with, nerved with stupid questions about boston and american lifestyle. i think i can name them here all, i
met so many great people in that few days...
my very very special thanks go out to shawn who guided me through the days and took care of me so well. thanks for bringing me together with brian
that football maniac, driving home the stupid drunken german every night. shawn, i can thank you enough for everything.
another big thank you to chad and matty. chad, your shirts are awesome, your whiskey too :=)) you`re agreat guy. matty my saturday drinking one man
mosh machine buddy, we have to repeat it. your shirt is on the way. sorry for that from silvia, but she was knocked down in the pit and left
frustrated right after that.
as always a big shout out to josh, my slapshot buddy. although we couldn talk that much that night, but i enjoy every minute with you. thanks for all
the stuff you collected for me. next time with slapshot in europe?
furly, sorry we couldn talk that much either, but it was a pleasure to meet you and your friend.
ed, craig, mike, all the others. it was a pleasure.
silvia and i felt so welcome like at no other place we had been. i can't thank all of you enough.
if this is hardcore, i'm proud to be part of it.
as for the show. the yellow stitches were awesome. they will become huge, believe me. very tight for not being together for so long and their songs
are all hits. the next cd will be on gmm, get it guys!
dead friends, i don`t like them. they played the worst leeway cover i ever heard.
coa were a big disappointment for me. uninspired musicians, bad sound and only a handful songs. people thought they could act like asshole in the pit.
i had to beat one cause he hit me the camera out of my hand....forgetable.
r/r my highlight and reason to go to that show. steve is a great showman and shawn a great frontman. great show, unfortunately the crowd reaction
wasn`t that good. thanks for the slapshot cover. shawn, your vocals on hold your ground sounded good. no worries about it.
sheer terror, better than in belgium, because of the smaller place. but paulie, you were too polite great that you reminded me from the belgium show.
hope sheer terror will ever come back to essen again, i guess you played her for at least three times....
i will look at the pictures the next day and will post some. i know silvia killed the s.t. one because she took videos instead of pictures but the gang picture with paulie is still there....
As for crowd reaction. It was the first time a lot of them had seen us and we have an 18+ draw more than 21+ lol. We had a blast, and a ton of people
came up to me after the set and we sold close to $200 in merch. I think they were saving themselves for the main event.
excellent report, roland! can't wait for the photos.
"if this is hardcore, i'm proud to be part of it."
i think this might be old-timer hardcore, at the very least!
shawn, glad to hear merch sales went so well!
If I fail math, there goes my chance at a good job and a happy life full of hard work.
Roland, got my shirt today. Thanks, and we will definitely have to do it again sometime. Had a blast hanging with you and Silvia. I can't wait to see
the pictures you have. Cheers!
