Getting ready to move
I had originally told Big D when he made contact with me but I wanted to share with the rest of my friends. My wife, two daughters and I are getting
ready to move into our new (and hopefully) permanent home  It is still in
Virginia beach but is much bigger so we don't have to play human bumper cars each and every day. It is also in one of the best school districts in the
city which pleases us to no end. Things are hectic what with selling one and buying another but it will be worth it in the end. I just wanted to share
that with you guys. Cheers

Everything is lined up. Considering the market being the in the state it currently is, yeah, we got a decent offer. On the flipside, we were able to
get the same kind of acceptance on our offer for the new place. Inspection is on Wednesday and if the house isn't terminal with some kind of unseen
issue it will be a done deal.
