has this really good Mexican and rice dish. It's really good. Just add beef and water.

exactly. i'm always wicked thirsty after something like that or taco mix or whatever.

i've been staying away from boxed foods for a while now. trying to eat things as they come - fruit, vegetables, nuts, eggs, fish, etc. it's definitely expensive, esp the all the fruit and veggies, but it's doing me right.
