like he did when he first introduced himself to Gordon in Begins.

I think they use "Epic Conclusion" to make people think something is going to happen to Batman. Its a good strategy. I just hope Bane doesn't "break
the Bat" and all that shit that went down in the Knight Falls" series. Hope its different.

I think Batman will be broken in a more psychological way. Not so much his back. I don't doubt he'll catch a pretty nasty beating though.

People are whining about that jacket on AICN lol. I think it rules...it's like that nasty piece of leather Sean Penn was wearing in Mystic River. that
coat should have won an Oscar.
I'm not real familiar with the actual Bane character (other than surface stuff like the back breaking) but I like how it's him and some mercenary
types...they have kind of a Mad Max feel to them. Nolan has more than earned the benefit of the doubt, really looking forward to this.

Looking like Talia al-Ghul, Ra's al-Ghul's daughter, is going to be in the mix too. I don't know how relevant that is to many, but there are pics that
indicate a certain character is just a cover to get close to Wayne and then BAM! she reveals her identity and strikes at Wayne/Batman.
All from the same shoot as in the pics above.
Definitely watch Batman Begins, because The Dark Knight Rises is going to be heavily connected to what went on in that film for sure.

I was surprised they went with Bane instead of a more recognizable villain, but I think it's a great pick. I only know him from the storyline where
he broke Batman's back, but he struck me as really cool. They could do some cool shit with him.

No one knows anything about Catwoman right now. Hathaway has hardly been seen filming. Very good chance Talia a-Ghu is the lady villain though. That
character is actually the mother to Batman's son Damian the current Robin, in comics.

I've had nothing better to do this week but lurk Superhero Hype from morning to evening.
Yeah, I'm underwhelmed too. She needs the cowl for sure, batman-news.com is reporting they have a source that says the cowl is definitely in the
movie. There are a few spy pics of the stunt double riding the Batpod down the steps of that building, and the bodysuit itself looks great.
