Dow Jones plummets 634 points
...and that's after a 700 point drop last week.
So, is it going down more tomorrow?

I'm guessing it will drop for another few days. Thankfully if it falls too much in one day the whole thing shuts down so we don't have a repeat of the
1929 crash.

My mom just retired in June and now she's worried about her investments, seeing as they are her retirement. The whole world is affected by the US
stock markets, so I'm hoping things pick up for my mom's sake.

The US need to stop bickering back and forth with one another, cut spending and raise taxes.

http://globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=va&aid=25941 This was an interesting read from Dr. Paul Craig Roberts (Assistant Secretary of the
Treasury in the Reagan administration and associate editor and columnist at the Wall Street Journal.)
And this is a good video to watch - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EQqDS9wGsxQ
A lot of people ask me what kind of music I like. I love "soul music". My "soul music" isn’t a style, genre or niche. It’s music that is genuine. It’s
a painful lyric, a dirty bassline, it’s a harrowing vocal, it’s feedback, it’s an anthem, it’s a love song, it’s anarchy. I’ve got my personal
favourites but in the end it doesn’t matter who or where it comes from... so long as it’s good and it's real.

As much as I dislike the idea of raising taxes I have to agree. that and quit spending money on pointless wars.

I hear ya taxes suck. But when Canada lost their triple A rating and had a totally out of control debt we brought in the GST and a few years later our
rating was restored and our debt was way down. It works.

Watched a bit today and surfed some news stations. Supposedly things are back up, but who knows what it will do in the future. Strange how this
fluctuates so much. Seems really dangerous.
