So did I, I could see the argument that it seemed out of place though. It actually was one of my favorite seasons. I'd say 1, 5 (this almost gets
bumped down for the news people...that stuff was good but some of it was trying), 2, 3, 4.

i've come to quite like season 5 having re-watched it a few times.
it's all about the interactions between McNulty and Scott the reporter.
