Clevo - the PMI that I'm paying is a program that a lot of lenders dont offer. Its called 'UP FRONT PMI'. You qualify for it if you put 10% or more
down and its a much lower amount that most of the time you're supposed to pay for in advance (at the closing) but some lenders also allow you to roll
it into the mortgage. Mine ended up being about $7 a month + interest since its in the mortgage or it would have been just over $2000 at closing to
pay it off.

well I'm officially a HOMOwner! Scared to death and feeling overwhelmed, but its done. We're actually getting the locks changed right now and then
hopefully cleaning this weekend and start moving stuff slowly for the next 2 weeks and the big moved on the 15th.
