I just signed up for 5/5/12 at Mt Snow in Vermont.....already 90% sold out. Anybody else doing one? They're all over the country. Pussys need not
apply.
Saturday April 14th 2012 it is in my back yard pretty much. Already entered and siked. This is my first one. A friend of mine has done the Urban
Atholon in Chicago the past 4 years. I will be training with him in the beginning of the year for this.

Awesome! I read about this in the newest Hustler I got in the
mail....one of their writers did it and I knew I had to do this.
There's a few in Canada also.....you in, BKT?
I did one of the competitor ones, the Spartan Sprint, back in September.
I can honestly say I fucking hated it. I thought it was going to be a 4 mile course with lots of obstacles and cool shit to figure out how to navigate
but I basically paid $80 to run up and down a goddamned mountain with a cargo net, monkey bars and a few other modified playground obstacles.
My co-worker said he did one recently. I think he said it was 10 miles. I could have heard him wrong and it was really a 10k. He said it was fun,
but he was cold for most of the race because he had to wade through cold water right at the beginning. He had barely warmed up or broken a sweat yet.
If I was in better shape maybe I'd consider signing up, but I've been lazy lately.
If they had reality TV shows based on shit like this instead of all these fucking talent shows and Survivor bullshit maybe the populace would be in
better shape.
A lot of people ask me what kind of music I like. I love "soul music". My "soul music" isn’t a style, genre or niche. It’s music that is genuine. It’s
a painful lyric, a dirty bassline, it’s a harrowing vocal, it’s feedback, it’s an anthem, it’s a love song, it’s anarchy. I’ve got my personal
favourites but in the end it doesn’t matter who or where it comes from... so long as it’s good and it's real.

no doubt. I watch ninja warrior and wish I could do half the shit they can.
I did not do it. Had a too much on my plate this past semester. I fucked up because so many people did it that were not in shape at all. I could have
done it with no prior training.

I did it this past weekend. It was pretty tough but not as bad as I thought it would be. I am looking forward to the Tough Mudder Boston one next
year!!!

Good job! I looked for you on saturday; didn't see you. We finished late, but my whole team started together and finished together. I think I'll be
hitting the Boston one next year too.
What time did you finish? My team split into 2 groups. 4 people went ahead, and 6 people stayed together. I was with the 6 slower people!! We finished
around 2:30. But we hung out and drank for a few hours after that!! The only obsticle I didn't make it all the way through was the monkey bars. Half
way across I new I wouldn't make it so I fell into the water. I did see a guy try to jump across a part of the mud and snap his leg in half. That was
pretty crazy!!
Snapped a leg?! Holy fuck! My start time was 12:40; had 3 friends with me and 1 had a cramped up leg and fucked his ankle up good early on. We waited
for him alot, but we all finished together. Late. I also slipped off those monkey bars; didn't even make it half way. I didn't get shocked at the end
somehow but I did get a good one at the electric eel. Laying in water and getting zapped by a live wire is no joke! I didn't hang out that long....I
drove 3 hours from CT, did my 10 miles and then drove 3 hours back home. Awesome.
