smartphone apps

What do you use regularly? I am looking for a music one and a fitness one. Any ideas on what ones are good and of course free?

I use Pandora for music, have heard a lot of people use Spotify but I have never checked it out. Fitness wise, you are asking the wrong guy here. ;)

When I ran regularly I would use mapmyrun.com to log my runs and plot out routes when I would run on the road. There's a mobile app which I have but rarely use since I've fallen off of the running wagon. The app has the ability to calculate and record the distance and route while you run using your GPS.

For lifting apps I messed around with JEFIT, but never used it fully. I found it a little confusing, but it might be worth checking out. It's got lots of good reviews. I use Android, btw.
