new bosstones

Jamming it two days so far and its good. Not the greatest stuff from them but still much better than most releases this year. It would be great to see them tour again. One of my favorite bands of my youth. It's awesome to hear new times from them.

I think it's really good. Better than the last few things they put out.

See I disagree with that. I was blown away with Medium Rare. I know many of the tunes were older songs and 3 I believe were new but that release surprised the shit out of me. Every song is top notch from them. Then Pin Points and Gin Joints blew me away as well. Surprised they were still bringing it the same way with the new tunes. This Cd is good, I do like it, but something about it, it doesn't have the same impact of past releases. I will add that I am fucking stressed and got my mind on a lot of shit lately and nothing is sounding fun as of late. So it may just be me. I don't know.

^^^^^ Honus, do you still have them? I put medium rare in the truck and been rocking it since you posted in this thread. I think you should check them out again especially if you like the new one. The cd is great.

I need to find this recording on cd. This cover of 2000 miles is fucking great. itunes doesn't even have it. I know someone on THORP posted this vid last year, but I had to bring it back. This song is too damn good.

Clevo, from what I can find, it was only on 7" vinyl and digital download that doesn't seem to be available anymore. In trying to find it via Google, I found out this guy has a vinyl copy: http://www.howsyouredge.com/swap/display.php?page=871 Perhaps he can help you out with a trade or making a digital copy from the vinyl. :)
