Sovereign Bank sucks
The claim "Red Carpet Service" but it's more like I'm being asked to leave via the servants' entrance.
-They got my address wrong, twice, then sent my ATM card and checks to the wrong place.
-They made me call the check printer to fix their mistake.
-They have glossy brochures about all of the "features" of the accounts but don't tell you at all that they stick you for 50 cents for debit
transactions.
- I can't use their online or phone auto thingees, and I refuse to spend another 1/2 hour on the phone figuring out why.
-They aren't nice, ever, and get immediately defensive if they sense you are having a problem, no matter how nice you are.

I hate dealing with people when it comes to my money... the little I have. I dont think Ive spoken to a real person at my bank (Citibank) since I
openned the account. I havent really had too many problems, so I like it that way.

i had problems with them shisters at soverign from the get go when they took over my account from corestates years ago..i got out of there quick...
