I figured Boston would have sold out by now but there are still tickets available. Shawn, what is the capacity of Lido? I figured it was somewhere around 2000.

Cock Sparrer, Slapshot and the Templars playing together is a show I would travel for if I had more then $8 to my name.

I'm more excited about Philly, but it's probably for the same reason BD is more excited about Boston. I've seen the Templars a bunch of times, saw the Unseen once or twice, and will see Slapshot in two months.

I think I've caught Wisdom once, and only part of the set. Seen Harley's Cro-mags but not Jon Joseph's, though I have seen Bloodclot.

Never heard of this "Night Birds" band before.

Still..... selling 1200 tickets in one day to an oi show in 2012 is pretty remarkable. This is great.

What does the name Cock Sparrer mean?

Basically, yeah. Some have shortened it to "cock" over the years (It's like the British have a different word for everything!), hence the origin of the names the Buzzcocks as well.

i tried for the last 3 years to get cock sparrer in baltimore. Mad booking is awfully flakey.
none the less, real stoked for philly. I scored 4 tickets (sold them to friends face value), and apparently we're organizing a bus to take us baltimorons. Which basically means total drunken messes. prepar.

Keep trying! Hahaha, the more they come back to the East Coast, the happier I'll be!

Very, very excited for these shows.
