scrapple is so fucking good. in my opinion, the best can be found in amish country. i go out there specifically for the flea markets and the scrapple.

i've never seen scrapple on a menu here in nyc. creamed chip (which i think of as a baltimore delicacy) is also hard to come by.

i used to think it was only a philly thing, but have seen it elsewhere like in jersey....
