i've never seen scrapple on a menu here in nyc. creamed chip (which i think of as a baltimore delicacy) is also hard to come by.

Creamed chipped beef gravy is GOOD! Served over toast or fried potatoes & onions (home fries).

i used to think it was only a philly thing, but have seen it elsewhere like in jersey....
my brother in texas always brings the stuff home when he comes up to visit
he says noone down there heard of the shit, or taylor pork roll for that matter
