Need a kick in the ass?

Here's one. Great video and further proof that anyone can be in amazing shape if they make the commitment.

who's is ddp?

140 lbs in 10 months is no joke! in that side-by-side shot near the end, he looks like a completely different person.

DDP = Diamond Dallas Page. Former pro wrestler.

That dude's a goddamn miracle. He's doing stuff in that video that I can't do, and I don't have war wounds. Okay, message received. Breaking out the resistance bands and medicine ball in the morning...

Very awesome. DDP was big in the late 90's right? Good to see he is doing good with himself. So many wrestlers don't.

Diamond Dallas Page is an interesting one as a wrestler. He started as a manager in early 90's WCW and then trained to become a pro wrestler in his mid 30's (for a point of reference, most people wash out of training when they are in their late teens/early twenties). The guy made it on work ethic and willpower.

DDP got into motivational speaking and writing after wrestling. He suffered a bit because he got into wrestling late. He seems just like a really nice dude. Good on him for helping this guy. This vid is amazing. Thanks as always BKT.
