this virus lastnight
Does anyone know anything about it? Bout 12:30 lastnight my laptop shutoff. Now it will not power up. Same with my tablet. Both were plugged in at
different outlets where other items are and they are working. Guess im screwed.
I'm a jerk. All night,I'm seeing Sentrand and thinking "Where do I know that guy from?".

i'm certainly no expert on this stuff far from it. But I thought it had more to do with accessing the internet not it just crashing computers

The DNSChanger thing just changed DNS settings on computers to block web access for people or divert them to sketchy sites like browser hijackers do.
It wouldn't cause your gear to shutdown.

Guess it was just a coincidence. I have power in the cord that plugs into the charger. But doesnt show i have power in the plug that goes into the
laptop.
