They're my favorite 90's band. Actually tied with Rancid.

Jar of Flies is awesome. The first 4 songs are perfect.

I'm not the biggest fan of the band, but I've always maintained that this record is mint. Amazing songs.

Been listening to them and a bunch of others 90's era-anyone but Pearl Jam and Nirvana grunge/rock lately.

A lot of people ask me what kind of music I like. I love "soul music". My "soul music" isn’t a style, genre or niche. It’s music that is genuine. It’s a painful lyric, a dirty bassline, it’s a harrowing vocal, it’s feedback, it’s an anthem, it’s a love song, it’s anarchy. I’ve got my personal favourites but in the end it doesn’t matter who or where it comes from... so long as it’s good and it's real.

My fondest AiC memory is when they got booed off the stage at the Clash of the Titans tour.

^^^^^ If that was the one with Megadeth on the tour then a friend of fine said the same thing here in Cleveland. I didn't go but that show/tour was in 91 right?

Yeah, it was Slayer, Anthrax and Megadeth with AiC as the opener.

Man, that was a good lineup, minus Megadeth.
