ergonomics

I'm tyring a new set up on my work desk thats supposed to be more ergonomicly correct, but man its hard to get used to! Its only been any hour, but its tough! My mouse is on the opposit side and my keyboard is super close compared to how it was. Hope I can get used to it!

I know hunching at a desk all day is probably what causes most of my back pain but it is SOOO hard to not hunch.

many of my current aches and pains come from a cubicle job.

the place i used to work at now has it.
i couldn't deal.

what you mean 'open seating'?

quinn, if you can, try standing up to work part of the day. about a year ago i started spending part of the day standing up to work. maybe two, one-hour stretches at a time. it's a ghetto setup (on top of an ironing board!), but it works.

in related news, i threw my desk chair off my deck (to the great delight of my children) at the end of last week. it was super old, super worn out and falling apart.

If I fail math, there goes my chance at a good job and a happy life full of hard work.
