Any Tablet Users Out There?

Ok, we just bought a Galaxy Tab 2.0 for our kids (ages 2 and 8). The 8 year old got a laptop for her birthday in June. She uses it for Netflix. She does some google docs like presentations but nothing major.

My laptop is 4 years old and I use it for work from time to time and it's a struggle. So I took her laptop and we got the tablet.

It is Android 4.0 tablet. I have an Android phone so I'm plunging neck deep into google products I guess. I considered Apple products but I use youtube a lot, along with gmail with the calendar. I also use google music a lot when listening around the house. The apps for Apple and Android are the same as far as I'm concerned.

What say you all? To me, this group/board is far more tech than I and I certainly value your opinions.

I have a Motorola Xoom...I don't have any complaints with anything android...my tablet and phone both do everything I need them to do.

Love my iPod but I just don't buy into the rest of the apple empire.

I like how you put that. For me Android is more than enough.
