I'm down to an XL most of the time too. My hope is to get to where an XL always fits... maybe 15-20 more pounds I think.

Yeah, depends how much salt I consume. (usually WAY too much).
I am most XL but on shirts I plan on wearing a lot I get 2X incase they shrink (or I grow lol).
