This Is Hardcore 2014

The headliner for This Is Hardcore 2014 was announced today in appropriately dramatic fashion.

How much cooler would it have been if Paulie dressed up to do Paul Bearer?

A lot of people ask me what kind of music I like. I love "soul music". My "soul music" isnít a style, genre or niche. Itís music that is genuine. Itís a painful lyric, a dirty bassline, itís a harrowing vocal, itís feedback, itís an anthem, itís a love song, itís anarchy. Iíve got my personal favourites but in the end it doesnít matter who or where it comes from... so long as itís good and it's real.

interesting.

Mrs. Diablo and I were talking about this on the commute home from work tonight, and were wondering if BL13 were ever even popular if even known outside of the tristate area?

usually Joe has a fairly huge band as the "main event" for TIH.

this is an honest question, are they that big out there?

having said that, I can't help but love them!

I think Bad Luck 13 is only popular outside the area because the Hellfest footage went nuts. I bet most people couldn't name more than 1 of their songs or pick them off a jukebox.

I had the riot footage on my site at one point and it was picked up by some website, sent my monthly bandwidth totally apeshit within 24 hours, had to pull the video lol
