I'm a big fan of Engineer, and Blood Sun Circle is essentially the band, but with a different singer. Might grow on me...
Syracuse's Blood Sun Circle, comprised of 3/4 of Engineer (Hex Records / Black Market Activities) return under a new moniker and a new approach to
undeniable heaviness. This time around the vocals are handled with a beaten-down croon and the music speaks with a murky, dragged-through-the-muck
volume quite unlike anything to have come out of this town.
Their upcoming full length LP Bloodiest/Sunniest drops at the end of April on Hex Records.
If I fail math, there goes my chance at a good job and a happy life full of hard work.
