i gotta up my burger game. not with the recipes, but with the actual grilling technique. i'm more cautious grilling burgers than probably anything else - ribs, chicken, fish, pork, steak, no problem - but i almost always either under- or overcook my burgers. these recipes are an inspiration to get out and try some more, though!

I need to have a good burger at least once a month.
Something about them just does the trick for me.
Simple and delicious.
Lately I hardly eat meat at home as my wife doesn't.
It's just too much of a pain for me to do it proper for just me.
not that I have lost any weight or gotten any healthier from it because I still drink like an Irish sailor on shore leave from time to time......mmmmm bourbon

bow down to the Patriot Burger:

The bottom bun is a deep dish pizza.

The top bun is an apple pie.

Everything in the middle would also kill a horse.

The menu from a local joint. I'm going to take my dad there when he's in town this weekend because the food is amazing. I like having the choice of different meats.

That is so cool. Really. I'd get one of those motherfuckers right now if possible.
